IBEW-JONNIE DAWSON CHARITABLE FOUNDATION
On Tuesday morning, April 22, 2008, Jonnie Dawson, Assistant Business manager of IBEW Local 1288, passed away.
We are all blessed to have been able to have her in our lives. As a one-of-a-kind person, she was also a true soldier of justice and fought for the rights of everyone, including MLGW's customers. She was a giver who donated to various charities and always had time for those who really needed her. Jonnie was the type of person who came along once in a lifetime and believed that there was goodness in all people.
As one of God's children, she has now gone to join Him. Jonnie will live on in each and every one of us. For those of us who were blessed to have known her, she will never be gone.
We are richer for having known and loved her. It was a tremendous joy for her to have been able to serve Local 1288 membership.
Jonnie Dawson is someone who is truly worthy of remembrance.
